JE serves in JSOU’s College of Special Operations Departments of Applied SOF Art and SOF Leadership & the SOF Professional Ethic. He serves as the Course Director for the Special Operations Chaplains Advanced Courses Program (SOCAC) while serving as a US SOCOM SOCH ESME [Executive Subject Matter Expert] in PTSD, Ethical Leadership Advisement, Moral Drift, Moral Injury, Readiness, Resiliency, & Spiritual Fitness & military/SOF Suicide. He is the Master Instructor of Record for the SOCAC Ethical Leadership Advisement, the Master Instructor of Record for the SOCAC Spiritual Moral Readiness & Resiliency Course, and the Master Instructor of Record for the SOCAC Crisis Care & Counseling Course.  He also served as the Course Director and Master Instructor of Record for the Religious Support Team Orientation Course. He also serves on the JSOU Joint SOF Leadership & the SOF Professional Ethic team.
